We offer free shipping on orders above a certain amount, which can be found below. Shipping fees will be calculated at check-out. Please note duties and tax charges may be incurred to your order depending on where you have ordered.

Please note: delivery times are not guaranteed. We are handling all orders as fast as possible. Delays caused by payment authorization or product availability are not taken into account. Welcome to pick up your order outside the house weekdays between 11-17.
Soon as you got the confirmation email saying your order is handled.
We offer free returns on all orders within Sweden. Items need to be unworn in their original condition, with all tags attached.
The items need to be sent together with the Delivery Note within 14 days.
Also, we kindly ask our customers to give us feedback on the reason for the return – we are always trying to improve our products and systems.
The Return Label can only be used one time. To return more items within the same order after a return has been made, the cost for the additional return must be paid by the customer. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable if this was paid by the customer in the first place.
Items on – LAST CHANCE – do not apply to open purchase or exchange right, which means no return and non-refundable.
Instructions for Returns
- Returns are made using the pre-paid shipping label included in your package.
- Include the Delivery Note in the return package.
- Ship the items for return within 14 days after receiving your order.
- If the product or packaging is used or damaged, we reserve the right to deduct any depreciation in value when refunding the product.
- You are responsible for any damage incurred by items during the return shipment. We therefore strongly recommend that you send the products well packaged, in unused condition and in their original box and/or packaging.
- If a returned item is shipped internationally, mark as “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid any customs charges. We are not responsible for any charges imposed on packages returned by customs.
- Unless otherwise agreed upon, the refund will be processed through the same payment method you used to make your original purchase.
Refunds & Exchanges
As soon as we have received your return – we will make the refund. Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for the money to arrive into your bank account depending on the chosen payment method.
Unfortunately we cannot administrate exchanges of items purchased online. If you want to make an exchange, please return the item/items and place a new order online.
